This collaborative study produced by Chubb and International SOS on joint clients over a four-year period explores how clients benefited from our joint solutions.
Key findings from the study include:
- Despite a trend of pronounced medical expenses inflation globally, the average cost of joint Chubb and International SOS clients significantly decreased
- The number of in-patient cases decreased as well as the average cost of out-patient cases
- Even though there was an increase in travel to moderate, high and extreme environments, there was no increase in the number and cost of evacuations; as there was an increase in shared clients and travellers during this time, the ratio of evacuations to lives reduced
