OVERVIEW:

Multinational DoD contractor requested the institution of annual examination programs throughout the U.S. CENTCOM AOR area of responsibility.

SERVICE:

LOCATION:

Afghanistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, UAE and Qatar

PROBLEM:

Contractor previously had to send employees outside of their immediate location by air for performance of these annual examinations. Resulted in costly compensated travel to Dubai for multiple employees as well as lost time performing their scheduled occupational duties.

SOLUTION:

Program was installed within two business days of receiving notice to proceed from the contractor and transitioned to 100% of annual examinations performed in theater.

IMPACT:

Workforce of 600 personnel were able to avoid compensated travel to Dubai by completing their annual examinations at or near their worksites.
Resulting in financial savings, time savings as well due to the fact that employees did not have to leave their immediate area of operation.
