It's here! The completely revamped TravelReady by International SOS features modern design, a customisable portal, and a more seamless, intuitive navigation. The improved technology also makes the platform more scalable, allowing us to more quickly add features and enhancement to accommodate your changing needs. Key improvements include:
- Unique Usernames and Passwords For All Users: your organisation will now have unique login credentials for all users who have access to the system. User permissions will be broken down to Travellers, Approvers, and Administrators.
- Improved Search and Filter Views: new functionality offers significant improvement with the flexibility to search, filter and save views for future use.
- Login Consistency: your TravelReady username and password will be the same as your login used for the International SOS Assistance App.
- Combined Risk Rating: you will be able to assign questions and approvals based whichever risk rating (Medical or Security) is higher for a specific destination.
- Multi-Language Support: the user interface and questionnaire will be available in the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean.
- More Custom Email Template Options: you can now add additional custom email templates to accommodate specific messaging that may be needed to enforce your travel policy requirements.
- Out-of-the-Box Customisation: you will now be able to customise the look and feel of your TravelReady portal by changing color schemes and adding your logo for a look more custom to your organisation.

TravelReady: New Registration Process
To comply with enhanced security measures and create a better user experience, travelers are now required to complete a one-time, initial registration before accessing TravelReady. The registration will be triggered once they book a trip. After booking, they will receive a PTA with a link to complete the TravelReady form. Clicking on the link, first-time users will see the following screen. Users who have not registered before should click on the "Don't have an account? Sign up" link.
They will then be taken to this page prompting the traveler to create an account.
Once registration is complete, travellers will be directed to the TravelReady home page. They will then use their new credentials to access TravelReady moving forward.
TravelReady: Administrator Home Page
The new client administrator home page features a clean interface allowing for easy access to all your admin tasks and jobs to be done in TravelReady.
Client Details Page
The client details page allows you to and customise the look and feel of the application with color schemes and your organisation's logo.
Home Screen for Approvers
The home screen for approvers gives you a singular place to approve or reject forms.
Questionnaire Screen
The updated traveler questionnaires are mobile-friendly and break questions into logical and separate screens to make the process more user-friendly for the traveler
Post-Submission Screen
The post-submission screen lets you easily view the conversation thread between travellers, admins and approvers and provides insight for the user on where the form is in the approval process.
All Tasks Screens
Whether they are a traveller, an approver or both, your users will have their own personal workspace for easily accessing and managing their TravelReady Tasks.
Search and Filter Views
The new TravelReady offers significant improvement with the flexibility to search and filter. Users can save filter templates to improve efficiency when they need to regularly pull the same information from the system.
